Life is made up of meetings and reunions. We already knew Marcela from other projects. We met again and finally found a connection between Criamia and now Amella, naming and trade dress.

What was the challenge to be solved by Criamia?

The challenge was to create a name that represented the duo (and partners) Larissa and Marcela, and all the delicacy and sensitivity in the mini great events that they designed and decorated. After the name, we needed a trade dress that could dialogue with the universe of each party produced by them and show to their public that something new and inspiring was emerging.

What is the solution?

Look at the lilies of the field: Amella, naming and trade dress.

We started looking at the world of decoration. The duo did not want a common name or associate their own name (directly) with the company. We needed something that could integrate them both into one and that was also a strong and delicate word, representing the transformation that they are proposing to their industry.

What is the result?

A beautiful party can be hosted anywhere.

Marcela and Larissa have the solution to a beautiful event, that suits your budget. You do not need an expensive hall, or a spectacular farm. Unforgettable moments can be built in your house’s garage, or in your grandmother’s kitchen or even in a picnic in the park. That’s how Amella was born. An anagram of the names Marcela and Larrissa meaning: lily flower of the field, one of the flowers most used in decoration in Brazil. Love Amella. Love Ella. Amella, because every space can host a beautiful event.

For the Trade Dress, our inspiration derived from the Mad Tea-party in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, with the light side and Alice’s surrendering. Floating, dancing and unforgettable memories. A calligraphic typography, as if it also danced in each event. For the icon the lily flower, which is also a cloud, which is also a balloon, which is also memory.
